The communication was great. Chris kept us updated on delivery and installation schedules. From start to finish we were never left wondering where we were at with the next phase. I knew I wanted a matching vanity to the one I had previously purchased … More a couple year's prior, so I simply walked in on a Saturday morning and Chris, the sales associate who was working that day, was helpful from the very beginning. He walked me through the process that day, stayed in great contact via email over the weeks to follow, and helped to make the process so smooth. I recommend working with him, if you have the chance! We were pleased with the timeliness of the delivery and our vanity looks great in our teen boys' bathroom!

He was very helpful in the cabinet, counter and backsplash selections.There were a couple of cabinet problems that were solved quickly. The demo and construction took less than a month. The installation crew was great. The craftsmanship was top notch. Would highly recommend Blue Ribbon.
